Avenida de las Cortes Valencianas
The Avenida de las Cortes Valencianas is an iconic main thoroughfare of Valencia, representative of the city's contemporary architecture, thanks to emblematic buildings such as the Palacio de Congresos, the Sorolla Center complex, the Hilton Tower (now Meliá Valencia), and the recently constructed Ikon Tower by Ricardo Bofill. With ample pedestrian areas, bike lanes, and service lanes for public transportation and vehicular traffic, the avenue is filled with restaurants, cafes, offices, and residential areas that create a cosmopolitan atmosphere. Notable features include the Manolo Valdés sculpture called Dama Ibérica and the unique buildings surrounding the intersection of avenues, including the future Mestalla football stadium and our very own CV15 Building, contributing to the distinctive architecture of the area.
The CV15 Building is located on one of the city's most important avenues, with bus stops, metro stations, taxis, and bike rental points. Additionally, it has direct access to the various ring roads of the city, allowing visitors to exit the urban core within minutes. The journey to Valencia-Manises Airport by car takes approximately 15 minutes.
The building's location allows visitors to enjoy the city's historical and commercial center within a 10-15 minute bike ride, and reach almost any point in the city in less than half an hour. The avenue is served by 4 bus lines, 2 metro lines, several taxi stands, and public bike rental points connected to a 160km bike lane network.Additionally, the building features a spacious underground parking facility for cars, motorcycles, bicycles, and vehicles for people with reduced mobility. Nine of these parking spaces are dedicated to electric vehicle charging.

Transportation
CV15 is located on one of the main arteries of the city, equipped with bus stops for EMT Valencia, METROVALENCIA stops, and taxi stands. We also have several points of the city's public bike rental service: Valenbisi.
The Avenida de las Cortes Valencianas has direct access to the various ring roads of the city, allowing our users and visitors to exit the urban core in just a few minutes. Notably, the estimated travel time from the CV15 Building to Valencia-Manises International Airport is 15 minutes by car.
The CV15 Building is perfectly connected to the city's historical and commercial center. Having 4 bus lines, 2 metro lines, several taxi stands, and public bike rental points on the same avenue connected to a 160km bike lane network allows us to reach the city center in 10 or 15 minutes, and almost any point in the city within half an hour. This unbeatable location and variety of transportation options are complemented in our building by underground parking spaces for 343 cars, 9 motorcycles, 104 bicycles, and 10 spaces for vehicles for people with reduced mobility. Additionally, we have 9 parking spaces with charging facilities for electric vehicles.
Bicycle Parking
CV15’s "Dutch-style" Bicycle Parking is a reference in the city of Valencia. With a capacity for 104 bicycles, a mechanical workshop, access control, and video surveillance, it has become a secure and efficient option for those who choose sustainable mobility.
This project is part of the efforts made in Valencia in recent years to promote sustainable mobility. The city has a network of over 160 kilometers of bike lanes and the longest urban park in Europe. Additionally, there have been initiatives to protect and create new green spaces, reclaim pedestrian areas in public spaces, and Valencia has become a pioneering city in certifying its tourist carbon footprint. These efforts have led Valencia to be recognized as the European Green Capital 2024.
Thanks to this commitment to sustainable mobility, Valencia is one of the cities in Spain where more people use bicycles as a means of transportation, with 110,000 daily trips and 12% of citizens choosing it as their everyday mode of transportation. In this context, our Bicycle Parking has become a key tool for those who choose bicycles as their mode of transportation, offering a secure, efficient, and environmentally friendly option.
Electric Charging Stations
Electric Charging Stations According to ANFAC (National Association of Automobile and Truck Manufacturers), the number of electric vehicles on our roads is expected to experience exponential growth in the coming years. In this regard, we are committed to new mobility models, and during the planning phase of the CV15 building, the space and electrical supply requirements were analyzed to install a state-of-the-art electric charging station capable of adapting to future demands in this area.
In line with this commitment, we have equipped the building with space and electrical supply capacity to install nine electric vehicle charging points, which will be implemented progressively.
